Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $25 fee for each of the services cancelled.
If you do not show up you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

Late Arrival Policy:
Clients who arrive less than 15 minutes late will receive the remainder of their session, which will end at the scheduled time. The full price for the appointment will be charged. It is at the discretion of the therapist or float facilitator whether or not to accept a client who arrives more than 15 minutes late.

Refund Policy: No refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your session please let us know and we will do everything possible to make your next experience better.
